FUKUI, JAPAN, March 22 2011 – One day after witnessing the devastation of the Japanese Tsunami Michael J. Trout, and former ELT teacher, founder of Foundups Corp., has taken the lead in launching a new social venture: HelpJapan.co. The goal is to provide services and solutions to help survivors and the smaller Japanese communities rebuild their lives. "A lot of these communities will disappear if we dont help them recover. The government will be focused on primarily the larger ones." Some 1.5m people were impacted by the tsunami and 500,000 people are estimated to be without water and shelter. Through crowdfunding efforts and a network of DC Integrator investors HelpJapan.co plans on launch its first solutions in the coming months. Trout's has already secured nearly $25,000 in pledges and contributions via a crowdfunding campaign "Be Proactive, Not Reactive. HelpJapan.co" Trout's goal is to raise $100K in the next 70 days and will use the funds to provide products, services and solutions that will give survivors clean water technology, for bathing, cooking and drinking and their own temporary personal shelter while the government prepares their prefabricated homes.  HelpJapan.co will help provide the essentials for the people to make it through this crisis and over the next 10 years work with communities rebuild.
