contribute, endorse and share. It's that simple.

contributeendorse and share. It's that simple.

There are 3 things you can do to help...

1. Contribute - Visit http://Helpjapan.co and make a contribution. People never know what's the right amount... I always recommend that people make 0.1% of their net income. If you take home $25k then make a $25... if you make $100K then contribute $100 etc...

2. Endorse  - Linkup with HelpJapanco on LI http://linkd.in/helpmehelpjapan (helpJapan@foundups.com) and

1minute HelpJapan.co Pitch - become a socially responsible Halliburton for Natural Disaster Response and Recovery

Trout talks about his vision and goal for HelpJapan.co

HelpJapan.co is a social venture with a goal to become a socially responsible "Halliburton" for Global Natural Disaster Response and Recovery.

We all know how Halliburton abused the plight of the Iraq people and made 100s of millions off the Iraq war. What if we could provide similar services and solutions via the 4000+ Integrator companies that support the US Government, but do it in a socially responsible way that re-invests profits back into:

1. scaling up to help provide every impacted community the solutions and services they need
2. providing free solutions and services to the victims

Social Ventures aim to be accountable and transparent. Unlike NPOs, NGOs and public/private corps Social Ventures provide a 100% transparency to all stakeholders (contributors, partners and investors).

As a result of our efforts to help Japan we would also be helping American companies by providing more business opportunities to the 4000+ US Integrator support companies that actually do the heavy lifting for the large Integrators (GM, Lockheed, BAE Systems, etc...).

HelpJapan.co goal is to becomes a facilitator for its US and global small to mid-sized business partners by identifying the need and providing the solutions creating a win-win for both the US and Japan...

what if as a result we could scale up to becoming a 1st response services & solutions company for global disaster recovery?... Think of the good we could do. If we are successful I see no reason why we could not set aside a $billion fund to help those directly impacted by providing 0 interest loan and financing allowing victims to recover NOW and not wait in line for the next 5 years for the assistance they require.  And most importantly we can be ready for the next disaster and be proactive and not reactive.  This is a powerful idea and vision and I need your help and assistance to launch.

Why not help it come to pass by becoming a stakeholder by contributing to http://helpJapan.co and helping us reach our $100K launch goal! So far we have secured $25K in pledges and contribution.

We are also actively seeking Prime Partners (8 slots remaining).
Thanks for your support!

HELPJAPAN.CO A SOCIAL VENTURE INITIATED BY FOUNDUPS CORP. RAISES $25,000 TO HELP SURVIVORS AND SMALL JAPANESE COMMUNITIES DEVASTATED TSUNAMI

FUKUI, JAPAN, March 22 2011 – One day after witnessing the devastation of the Japanese Tsunami Michael J. Trout, and former ELT teacher, founder of Foundups Corp., has taken the lead in launching a new social venture: HelpJapan.co. The goal is to provide services and solutions to help survivors and the smaller Japanese communities rebuild their lives. "A lot of these communities will disappear if we dont help them recover. The government will be focused on primarily the larger ones." Some 1.5m people were impacted by the tsunami and 500,000 people are estimated to be without water and shelter. Through crowdfunding efforts and a network of DC Integrator investors HelpJapan.co plans on launch its first solutions in the coming months. Trout's has already secured nearly $25,000 in pledges and contributions via a crowdfunding campaign "Be Proactive, Not Reactive. HelpJapan.co" Trout's goal is to raise $100K in the next 70 days and will use the funds to provide products, services and solutions that will give survivors clean water technology, for bathing, cooking and drinking and their own temporary personal shelter while the government prepares their prefabricated homes.  HelpJapan.co will help provide the essentials for the people to make it through this crisis and over the next 10 years work with communities rebuild.

HelpJapan.co is a foundup™ of Foundups Corp., a Delaware corporation, with headquarters in Washington DC and Fukui, Japan that focuses on incubating and developing innovative ideas that will profound impact on society and its communities.

HelpJapan.co Social Venture Fund -- have you invested in rebuilding Japan?

We are releasing our presentation on how HelpJapan.co could help leverage the needed  funds for the rebuilding of coastal communities devastated by the 11-3-11 Tsunami that has left Sendai and the surrounding region in ruins. As it stands 1000s of families will NEVER return to their homes and many of the small communities will never recover.  They need your help.

The idea of a Social Ventures is simple... provide Solutions and Services to Japan Gov, NGOs and NPOs and keep reinvesting the funds until $1billion fund is created over the next 3-5 years then leverage it to help rebuild the many devastated communities. DC is a community built on providing services and solutions to Integrators (companies that provide solutions to the FED). HelpJapan.co is modeled after Inc. 500 fast growing company PCNStrategies, but instead of providing services and solutions to Integrators they will provide them to that Trout call's "The Bottleneck."

The Bottleneck are NGO, Large NPO and Government agencies all overwhelmed by the devastation of recent event. HelpJapan.co is a long term solution that will still be focused on the recovery efforts when reactionary global NGOs and NPOs go off chasing the next crisis. Social venture re-invest profits that will provide the best possible return for the survivors that can be re-invested to continue to snowball the recovery process. Social Ventures are sustainable just like corporations are... NPOs and NGO are reliant on the support of individuals, groups and governments.
